Tatra Pratyayakata Nata Dhyanam. This Yo GaSutra means- meditation is where the mind is concentrated and the constant movement of the instincts in it. Dharana does not mean bringing the mind to one place or making it stop, but meditation means wherever the mind is fixed, the constant movement of the instincts is called meditation. Staying awake in it is meditation.
